ABOUT SHULMAN INDUSTRIES

Shulman Industries Inc., established in 1979 and based in Commack, Long Island, is a highly respected boutique construction management and general contracting firm. Shulman Industries specializes in all fields of pharmaceutical construction, including but not limited to laboratory, clean room, manufacturing, warehouse, and office construction. Additionally, Shulman Industries has expertise in retail, commercial, and industrial construction. We renovate existing facilities as well as construct new ground-up projects. We excel at building highly technical, logistically challenging projects within fully operational facilities.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

As a boutique construction management firm, Shulman Industries does not take on a high-volume book of business. Instead, we concentrate on performing fewer projects at a time, with a strong focus on client satisfaction throughout the course of each project.

Each project is staffed with full-time project managers and supervisors. Our team of construction experts is highly knowledgeable in all aspects of construction and, equally important, extremely proactive in identifying and overcoming the challenges that any project may present. We cultivate a level of trust and respect with our clients, as well as with the engineering and architectural community, that leads to repeat business and strong recommendations throughout the industry.

UNDERSTANDING OUR CLIENT'S NEEDS AND GOALS

Working in active operational facilities is often compared to "changing a tire on a moving vehicle." Our clients have their own contractual obligations to meet as well as maintaining a safe, clean, and effective work environment for their own stake holders. Our 45 years of experience in this forum has enabled us to effectively listen and understand our client's needs and requirements and to accurately communicate to our clients what they can expect and plan for during the construction process.
