ENSURING A SUCCESSFUL CONSTRUCTION PROJECT
Scheduling: Shulman Industries develops a master schedule for every project. We work closely with the client to understand their operational needs, then coordinate with subcontractors and material suppliers to establish timelines and lead times. During weekly project meetings, we present two-week look-ahead schedules to compare current progress against the master schedule and to help the client prepare for any immediate logistical impacts. Schedules are continuously updated to reflect float or slippage as needed.

Close-out Documentation: Successfully closing out a project requires organization and discipline. At Shulman Industries, our close-out process begins on day one. Using project management software, we track and compile all relevant information for both our records and our client’s. This includes daily logs, RFIs, jobsite photos, OEM manuals, as-built drawings, material submittals, permits, inspections, and municipal approvals—all logged and managed electronically. At project completion, we provide our clients with a comprehensive close-out package.
